I think a game with optional sex would be cool. A real life simulator of sorts, like The Sims or GTA, but with more freedom. Sex just shouldn't really be the main focus of the game, but something optional to do.

Anyone knows where to get good references for animation? Even though I'm using mocap for the body it's impossible to get good overlapping action with it, at least with the rig that I'm getting the data from.

It has toes now, that one is an old rig. And again, it's not meant to be anatomically correct, so expect more balloon tits. I literally made the animation in 2 mins so I can upload a webm of it. Skin tone can also be changed in the interface so when you play it you should be able to select the skin tone from the color wheel or just use the readymade palettes. As I said, this is meant to show the shader, not the textures. This is absolutely a slap on texture to display the shader to show the general tone, the reflections and the soft skin. As the head will change, so will the UVmap, so will the textures. Also it would be a useful feedback if you can give examples of working shaders like the shading style of Frozen or some cel-shading or whatever product you think works well.

It's too soon to be talking about the model when it's obviously not even close to being finished. The hair is problematic since alpha textures always get messy, not to mention these won't be the actual hair meshes in the final thing I just took them from somewhere. Maybe it's better to keep the hair opaque though. She doesn't have ears yet, or a neck, or a body atm.

This is a very early stage in the production so there's a lot of room for change.

I've though of using jiggle bones but they're so hard to set up to work the way you want them to.

I managed to get Unity's "skinned cloth" sim to work the way I want it to but it REALLY doesnt like being applied to meshes with lots of verts.

The models look weird. The dialogue, interface and controls are pretty bad but it has physics for both body parts and cloth, it has real holes and penetration and you actually need to direct your penis inside (pretty hard to do with just one hand).
They had some crowd-funding a few months ago and they're developing more story now but I think they're taking a wrong approach with that. They should just focus on making the movement and physics great and introduce a modding tool. Then just let the fanfic flow, there are plenty of pervs with a vivid imagination but no modelling or coding skills.
