In his view Monero is relevant only if the number goes up very high to where companies would want to constantly create ASICS for it, and then ASIC resistance would be irrelevant since they'll just throw money at it for some reason even though the Monero community/devs would fight it. There are weird assumptions in his logic.
He doesn't even address RandomX in that video iirc. There's also RandomX v2 in development which would require a hard fork, so it's not the last one for sure and there's no reason for it to be if something better is found in the future.
Also watch the "Satoshi's secret weapon" video where he twists Satoshi's preparations to defend the network with GPUs into an acceptance of ASICS, kek. There was no good way to resists ASICS yet so Satoshi surely wanted massive Chinese ASIC farms, "one cpu one vote" notwithstanding. Also, no developed ring signature/zk tech yet so transparency must be a desirable feature for all eternity.

Corecucks just want to use Satoshi as their own weapon. They always say shit like "this is what satoshi would have wanted". If satoshi came back he would tell them to fuck off, so they have to preemptively discredit him. If satoshi isn't dead, corefags would like to have him killed just so they could keep lying and destroying bitcoin.
