I hope like hell there's a sell off. Almost seems like its been against the rules these last couple of years. I'm at the tumultuous age where I have a lot of money in the bank because I'm ready to buy a house. Except nobody is selling and when they do they receive 35 offers. I've been putting some cash into metals but I need instant liquidity to purchase a home. It's a balancing act that I have to perform because I can't trust the gov to allow the markets to reach their natural conclusions.
