>TFW bought a house at the very beginning of the pandemic that has gone up 20% in value since
I still remember the RE agent saying "it's perfectly understandable if you want to back out because of the pandemic"

There will be a bubble and it will pop. But this happens CONSISTENTLY over the course of a 4 year macro-cycle, making it easy to profit off of.

I bought last march-april at the local bottom, and I'll be selling sometime around late 2021 or early 2022 near the blow-off top of the cycle. After that will be yet another bear market, and I'll buy back in at some point mid 2022.

Used to be an unironic consoomer buying tons of useless crap to clutter up my room and blowing tons of money on drink/drugs going out.
Had a £800 overdraft due to living above my means and would have it maxed out pretty much every month for a solid year.

Now I found a better paid job with no commute, stopped buying stupid crap, eased up on drink drugs and most of my paycheck goes into the savings account + crypto.

Feels surreal, actually feel like I woke up from some kind of fever dream. So happy being a consooomer is past me now.
