I'm conflicted about Ripple (actually it applies to any coin that went x4 recently)

When I started trading I promised myself that I would buy and hold for long term, however when I'm looking at XRP chart here, it's very tempting to sell while it's high then to buy back when it's at .50-.60.
It went up 400%, it can't continue like this, it will have a price correction... it's inevitable ... isn't it?

How would you do in this situation, keep holding or take profits with hopes to re-enter at lower price?
