As far as I know, the lawsuit filed by Levi & Korsinsky is fraudulent and they are known for predatory lawsuits. I do not think Cathy woods and other institution names would be investing in AQB if there was obvious fraud going on. Regardless, I will definitely be keeping this in mind and begin to research this story, maybe there was an unexpected cost. I do know that they did recently announce a location for their new farm in Mayfield, Kentucky and maybe land costs were more than expected?

AQB frens/Salmon chads rise up. I really hope everyone ate their sushi tonight because we are in for a really big day tomorrow. If I am correct we just bounced off of 9.50 and will begin to start moving in an uptrend.

They are announcing the final location for their new farm and are harvesting their first batch of Aqua Advantage fish, I believe these are two positive catalysts.

I have done some minor DD researching the Aqua bounty team but it seems like they have a good amount of people who are established in the food industry.
