Anyway, you have a good voice. I love singing Sinatra as well, good for the soul.
Your guitar playing sucks so fucking hard though, you should focus on improving it.
For starters - stop downstrumming the whole way through and learn to alternate.
When you learn how to do that, the backing will be much more supportive of your voice, having a more natural rhythm; and further along, when you really get comfy with it, you'll be able to focus on your voice much more, which will show - or rather sound.

With (making it) come a fuckton of unpleasant attachments or maybe even unbearable depending on what type of person you are. Like exposure which you may think you want before you actually start getting it - but unless you're a douche, you probably don't. Disingenuous people, manipulators, expectations.
You basically have much less peace and quiet to be who you actually are. The alone time you now spend singing, and the feeling you get from it is - after (making it) - somehow tainted. At least that's how I felt. The stage and troves of people are a fucking high though. Not much beats it. It's why most famous musicians are drug addicts, they chase that high. Enough of the cautionary tale.

Consider the pros and cons.
You could (make it) imo, if you start putting all your efforts into songwriting. You'll learn to sing better while doing it, that's not as much of a concern. Also, playing with a band would really get you going, if you're not already.

Keep at it, even if it's just to make yourself feel really good.
