Anon, I think you should look into Funfair, its built by a gaming and gambling industry legend (Jez San, helped make starfox for the SNES and operated PKR.com)

Funfair uses state channel-based RNG, which, to the end-user, results in faster and cheaper gambling, because there are less transactions involved, one to open the channel (think a session of play), and one to close it.
