Let me get this straight regarding the recession.

>Banks gain massive amount of debt and likely lose money on stock market.
>Government steps in to fix their mistakes.
>"You owe/lost $200 billion, bankruptcy is what you need to do."
>"But wait you declare bankruptcy and then we will give you $200 billion after bankruptcy to make up for your losses."

Why doesnt the common peasant get this? A big enough "critical" company can play recklessly and get bailed out as if though it never happened AND they get their money back via taxpayer funds.
