All the food you need per day is 100g almonds, 100g walnuts, 25g brazil nuts and cashews each + 6-18 eggs depending on how much you work out.

For ribs, order from House of Ribs, they're actually better than Ribs brothers. No restaurant, just delivery.
Fine dining - Andre, Nicolas 0/360, Floret (Andre and Floret have the best Rib Eye in town). Maybe also Chef's live, never been there though
Good steak all around - Manzo
Nice atmosphere - Umami, Lazy
Local dishes made by a chef - Before 10 (nice service, too)
Solid asian food - Umami, HamachiNi, Miyabi
For Plovdiv - definitely try the lamb at Pavaj
