People treating cryptos like stocks are the cancer that is creating this shitcoin bubble. None of these crypto companies produce financial statements. None of them have any liability to coinholders. Barely any of them need a coin -- they just issue ICOs to raise free capital (and many companies straight up admit that). Weiss may as well do a ratings system for ForEx lmao.

If you're investing in a coin because you like the idea behind it and not because the coin itself solves an issue, you deserve to suffer.

Would you pay for a service that provided the monthly costs of mining various cryptocurrencies? The service would survey coin miners all over the world, ask them their average energy cost to produce one coin, ask them their rig cost, and then deliver that data by geography. It could be extremely useful for valuation, as coins tend to be priced at roughly 2-3x their production cost.

It would be extremely useful in checking whether a specific coin is in a bubble, or if one is grossly underpriced. Thoughts?
