Here is your steps:
>Dodge grand caravan or Chrysler town and country.
Make sure it has stow `n go seating that fold into the floor. When all are down a whole 4x8 of plywood fits, so you have plenty of space.
>Remove the far back seats.
Now use that cavity space for batteries, inverter, etc.
Remove middle seats if desired for more under floor storage. I suggest keeping them just folded into the floor.
>solar panel (see pic)
Stealth it into place and put a wind shield/scoop in front on top to help move air over it at highway speeds
>Cooking
Can be done using various manners of tools. butane, propane or electric during daytime.
>Shower
5 gal bucket, 5 gal water jug. refill with hose. use a rechargeable camp shower sprayer. 4 gal cold 1 gal boiling mix = hot shower that wont burn you.
Look on Amazon for: JAYETEC Portable Outdoor Shower Set,Camping Shower USB Rechargeable
>Internet access
Phone tethering, wifi in lots, expensive cellular plan devices.
>Pooping
Get a bucket, toilet lid & trashbags. Cassette toilets also works. Or just a 24/7 parking lot place.
>Finding where to park
Not hard if you are truely stealth. When you block out your block windows using a thermal barrier use a darker grey towards the outside which along with normal window tint will be stealthy.

What some do is put a solar on it but in the cavity to keep it from being obvious and and not have drag on the highway. They then remove the far back seats all together and use the fold down space for batteries and inverter. Creating a real camper out of it.
Others will also toss in a cassette toilet so they dont have to leave it at night.
