MOON is riskier given that their top holdings are literal memes. Keep in mind NIO can suddenly go to 25 or 100 and no one would be surprised. ARKK has had consistent gains and reliable holdings (especially now that TSLA is in the S&P), albeit no incredible spikes. It's sort of just a personal decision on if you trust MOON holdings to not plummet.

I'm personally doing both but betting most on PLTR. Depending on what happens this week I might shave some profits off and even split into both ETFs.
