Oil. I finally figured out Saudi Arabia's OPEC cut calculus. They aren't going to increase production again to dump the price and kill off American shale oil production again like they did last time. Instead Saudis are going to cut and hold. By cutting OPEC production, it's actually going to kill off American oil dominance faster. The reason is that the Permian is about to hit the steep part of the decline curve, and the more America pumps and fracks the faster it moves towards doom.
