Ended up getting duped into a shit tier job. Want to quit but they're now holding my pay hostage.

>get told by recruiter that it's in the field i want but just gives vague info

>ends up being the main plave that handles this amd they are backlogged heavily (mamager got upset at an employee for revealing this to other departments lmao)
>workload is constant paper pushing with constant meetings that are more so for the manager obsessed with being socialable and will likely fire me for a bad attitude aka quiet and reserved
>because meetings are now via face cam they are more frequent and still require you to work on your paper pushing
>training was a few days....even my former jobs provided few weeks
>wants us to be good at it asap
>more work than any of my previous jobs as it is work in many different things (likely cause of back log) and to "aid" other departments aka being cheap and having us do the work for others
>they keep putting off making sure i get paid right, already missed my first paycheck cause they didnt sign off
>mfw i realize working as a walmart greet would pay me significantly more
>mfw i realize most jobs pay more than this because its nearly minimum wage by a few cents
>mfw i didn't want to go back but until i can get them to pay me they might pull a fast one and i end up getting paid nothing
