Nokia seems to be a promising investment mid/long term. the price took a beating when they announced a halt in dividend payouts, but has been slowly climbing since
Nokia is a big developer of 5G, and has pretty good outlooks with 63 commercial 5G deals around the world (https://www.nokia.com/about-us/news/releases/2020/01/09/nokia-highlights-momentum-with-63-commercial-5g-deals/))
with the current year being the year of 5G deployment, i'd think its a good deal, the dividends will start up again eventually when Nokia gets to €2b cash balance
