However, i feel the 400 a month for maintenance/upkeep is quite on the high side.

Note: The insurance, utilities are deducted from the rent already.

I am "semi-retired" by renting out 2 properties netting me approx 2000 euro's a month.

I am just genuinely curious what people that make 5k+ euro's and don't save anything spend it on?

I am not even being frugal, i eat out once a week, buy A+ brand food, take Ubers when it's raining etc.
