yup this. Doubling the money supply, crippling the construction industry and having a global pandemic forcing people to work from home so they flood out of mega cities like LA and NY causing a national 40% increase in home values followed by the fed desperately trying to control the worst runaway inflation in half a century just when the population growth of the USA is nearing 0 for the first time in history. Just a small bump then right back up lol
