Do you work in an ER? Most of my patients arrive high on meth and extremely psychotic in the ER, but by the time they arrive on my unit (the psych unit) they no longer want to eat my face off cause the meth wore off. Honestly, in what scenario do you have workers "beaten the shit out of" when no "worker" should be alone on the unit? Aren't there alarms to pull or other staff or anything to help in that situation?
