Miners operate this way - after receiving demand they immediately hit the market and sell it to pay for lease/rent any other recurrent bills, all of this is tracked very closely to allow fast downscaling/upscaling. Miners also control btc price and they adjust it (manipulate) it every time to cause a pump to get some new money into the market to afford paying for bills. This happens only after halving takes place (before any bills kick in).
