Price action aside, let's say you weren't allowed to look at BAT's charts and its eternal crab since creation.

How could anyone NOT be bullish on BAT?

>Race-baiting aside
>not a single instance of race was mentioned in OP

as you admit in your post, it is instinctive to know that niggers and minorities in general are bad with money. It's kind of funny/weird to see people try to deny this upfront, without it ever even being mentioned originally, as some sort of defense-mechanism to not be accused of racism (let's face it, most often by other white people)

It's literally buying votes. It's not some complicated conspiracy theory or complex "wow, this seems weird but it's actually very difficult to understand" sort of thing.

It's buying votes. We're a country that has decided 1) it's unfair to ask for ID at the voting booth and 2) it's unfair to inquire about voting results or question voting results.

Those two things, coupled with an enormous influx of illegal immigrants who are being promised money from one party and being threatened with deportation by the other party, are a recipe for voter fraud.

It's literally that simple. If you propose this completely logical point to a left-leaning person, you'll be accused of racism, conspiracy theories, lunacy, etc. etc. They'll throw every ad hominem under the sun at you and you'll be told to not trust your lying eyes. But it's REALLY simple and everything we need to know about it is right in front of us. Statistics also back this theory up by the way.

I'm earning ~$80K an I'm about to ask for a raise, I'll probably end up needing to job hop to get paid more.

Management these days is so fucking stupid, they refuse to give raises and their employees end up leaving. Then they end up losing time AND money searching for a new employee that they end up paying the same amount/more than the previous one, and the new employee needs training etc. and might even have a personality that ends up butting heads with already existing employees.

Keep in mind, management does this shit on purpose (so it's probably not stupid, from their perspective) in order to keep their jobs. Management is begging/daring current employees to leave, so management can justify their salaries by having to find/interview/hire/etc. new employees. Management doesn't want to do actual management, they are glorified LinkedIn bots.

I really don't understand how BAT NEVER has a break out pump. I literally don't think I've seen a BAT breakout last over a few hours. It only ever lasts a short amount of time and it ALWAYS regresses to the mean trendline.

Look at the recent LINK breakout, the history LINK breakouts of past, fuck even SOL recently had a very clean breakout pump. BTC pump breakouts are too many to count anymore. But look at BAT's disgusting chart - it's just a sad story of small pumps and dumps back to the mean. Never keeps its gains. Infuriating and honestly I think it can only be explained by the really poorly done ICO (a group of whales can easily sell into pumps and buy back during dumps, which they always do evidenced by BAT not going to 0) and also bad tokenomics

In a way I get it, because not only is it against the cryptocurrency ethos of anonymity and privacy, but it's ironic that the "privacy respecting" browser would make you essentially give up your social security number, DOB, address, place of work etc. to some 3rd party company + also the government.

On the other hand, you're right, and the whiny complaining cunts in every BAT thread (I figure most of them are BTC maxis or monero LARPers) are going to get left behind while crypto projects are forced to be pragmatic and reasonable when dealing with global regulations and archaic Government finance laws. It's hilarious hearing the childish complaints from these people. They're either fucking clueless about the legal side complications and analyzing risk of anything remotely dealing with finance/securities, or even worse, they don't care - because then they're negative actors who want Brave to fuck itself just to appease their childish unrealistic expectations

I think Binance.us delisted the BAT/USDT trading pair, because they had to delist like 100 USDT trading pairs in preparation for the SEC litigation. Legal department probably said "delist anything the SEC could even possibly deem a security" in order to avoid future fees and fines from the corrupt securities commission

it wasn't a specific BAT targeted delisting, and it was just on Binance.us

>which is admission enough

this is fucking kekworthy, as if Binance gets to "admit" what is and isn't a security. There's a lot of FUD going on these days. Example, this guy >>55252674 is going around saying BAT was "declared a security" like an absolute midwit

>learn spanish

Honestly, I think a massive contingent of Americans moving to a country like El Salvador or Colombia (or to a gayer, less based extent, possibly mexico) would be one of the coolest things possible. Wealthy Americans moving to these countries and establishing powerful expat communities could really signal a shift in global politik and economics, especially if they were to build on crypto/bitcoin being their currency of choice.

Learn Spanish, learn the local culture, establish a strong political identify (bribe local officials) and go from there. Opt out of the cesspool that USA is becoming and start over again. Latin America is the only clear choice for this even being possible.

>You can be a Bitcoin fan boy and also believe that various crypto tokens are securities.

I don't exactly agree with that. If you had bought bitcoin in 2010-2014 you'd have had tons of people making fun of you and saying that bitcoin is a security, it's nonsense, it's worthless and its value is created out of thin air, etc.

Now that bitcoin is what it is, you want to turn around and say nobody else can ever do it again? You want to say that bitcoin can only be worth something because it was the first to do it?

Guess who you're sounding like? Yeah you sound like a fucking fiat retard, you fucking faggot. So no. You can't really make that argument anymore.

Sometimes I'll take it during the week because it helps me get through my day at work. I'll occasionally use it on the weekends sometimes if I really want to get something done and have the time to focus on something.

However, you are definitely 100% an NPC when you take adderall. It's unavoidable and I can't really describe it any other way. When anybody is on adderall they may as well be one of those civilians in GTA. You essentially lose the ability to make critical unique thoughts. The drug puts you in non-playable-character mode. Auto-pilot. Zombie mode. You're no longer a human, just a bot.

I'm a lawyer and I fucking hate lawyers and law school students. Lawyers are basically the kids who LARP about being smart because they were dogshit at everything else. Lawyers are truly the definition of midwits, that's partly why their egos are so big.

Have fun in law school. It fucking sucks and all your peers will be losers who will constantly be gaslighting you and looking for the first opportunity to throw you under the bus.

That being said the best way to become a crypto lawyer is don't. Not right out of law school anyways. Get a job in big law (life crushing work that pays well, quit after 3 years or you will suffer a stroke by 50) or at a solid firm with attorneys that aren't total midwit losers (this is rare). After spending time in whatever legal field you choose, start doing crypto law work on the side. Make a blog or a website or something. Start a side project. Dive into established crypto projects and follow other crypto attorneys on Twitter, find out what they're doing. That's the way to make it.

Also for the record, I don't think people realize how vital it is for the United States to keep spending more and more money on the military to maintain our ever perilous status as a world super power.

The people that whine about military spending and think we need to move all our money into education/healthcare are the same people always gleefully sniping at the US for being a dying empire. If you hate the United States so much, I do not and will never value your opinion about where we should spend money. Having the biggest weapons and being able to kill an insane amount of people whenever we want is enough of a reason to keep us powerful for the next half century at the very least. We need to cling onto that at all costs.

In conclusion, if you think we should decrease military spending, fucking kill yourself.
