Its hard to tell honestly, they could be either or. For example on Thursday, my broker sent me an alert that ACEV went up 10%, so I decided to check the order flow on Aug 2021 15c (cause that's what I got). And I just so happened to witness pic related. Someone purchased 300k+ worth of ACEV $15 calls in a very short amount of time.
