Hypothetically, if someone were to want to stack silver in small amounts ($500) on a monthly basis, and buy in cash without any record of purchase, what's the best way to buy? This hypothetical person wants to hypothetically hypothecate silver under the table without Mr. IRS/ any institutional power knowing. Craigslist? Referral/ word of mouth? I really wouldn't be surprised if there's a decent underground of stackers willing to buy/sell in PMs. Any advice?
