I bought Raiblocks in December 2017 at the very peak of the alt bubble as my first crypto investment. My $500 initial did a 4x in 2 weeks, and then Bitgrail happened and I sold. I thought I was a genius at the time, but it was actually just dumb luck. That $2000 has turned into $32k as of today. If I had waited a couple weeks, I would have missed the boat completely and I would probably still have $2000.

I was all-in EOS for most of 2018 and 2019, convinced it was going to take over the world. I wrote arbitrage bots for EOS shitcoins during that time and turned my $2000 into $10k despite EOS sucking as an investment. When block.one released Voice early last year I realized that it was a dead project being run by complete retards and/or scammers, and sold everything into BTC/LTC. If I had continued holding, I would currently have about $7,000 instead of $32k. On the flip-side, when my EOS stack was at its peak, I had 3x my current satoshi value. If only I had seen the light a little sooner.

One time something took over my brain and I started gambling on an EOS dice roll game with 1/2 of my entire stack. I started with small amounts, promising myself that I'd make a small profit then stop. But I had a bad losing streak, and kept doubling the amount to win back what I lost. I kept losing and losing over and over again, and it got to a point where I only had one roll left before my bankroll was completely gone. I either lose it all or make half back. I closed my eyes, hit the button...and I won. God beat Satan that night, but I still lost 1/3 of my entire portfolio that night to a dice roll game that I knew the house had an edge on.

I tend to sell far too early, but since I'm trying not to be poor I feel it's better, at least for me, to settle for the modest gains when I can and to protect my profits. As the money builds I feel more comfortable with bigger positions, longer holds, etc., but I see too many people posting loss porn here and other places and I'd rather not be one of them.

I did read that, and I appreciate you sharing it I hadn't even thought about the opportunity presented with these nogs and their handlers screaming for body cams. LEO are always looking for ways to avoid fatalities and the legal issues that come with them. AAXN is something that excites me, especially since I have a large chunk of investment income coming my way.
The legal issues with DGLY are interesting. They are a much smaller company, and I would assume that an out-of-court settlement is coming. Is AAXN big enough to brush off this off as a bump in the road? I'm eager to find out.
