Wait, what? You need utility bills to get into IBKR? Fuck, I don't have those, but the application page said that bank statements would be fine. A couple of weeks is really slow too; Questrade only took a couple of days to approve my actual docs, so I figured IBKR wouldn't be too far off. I've only got Canadian citizenship though.
