My old boss came to me about making an app.
Basically just wants to make Grub Hub but with luxury in mind.
I quoted him about 60k. How close is this estimate to how much itll actually be.

There is an epidemic going around the normies in my workspace due to overusage of the phrase "Right?" and it's causing the workplace to become toxic.

Unfortunately I can't explain it too well but here's what happens:

>Two people are discussing something
>One of them is not sure about something they said so they add "... right?" at the end
>The other person is not sure either so they start getting defensive about it
>This causes the conversation to go south as they then both try to save face and leads to the conversation taking on a hostile tone

You can see some of the normies are aware that this is happening (they intentionally replace "right" with "correct" in sentences where "right" is more appropriate in an attempt to be less confrontational) but it's like they can't stop the urge to say "right?" whenever they aren't sure about something.

I intentionally don't say "right" because I am aware of this but I feel it causes me to lose face because when someone says to me "right?" I don't immediately follow up with a face-saving response. Should I?
