Apparently their customer service is shit, but I dealt with my LCS so no problem there.

As for the purity, just did the magnet test all good. Some anons have probably just heard bad things and just assume everything with their name is bad. Hell even Johnson Mattney screws shit up, but their classic bar are 2nd to none.
