What many gold and silver bugs fail to realize is that these metals are a commodity. yes 500 years ago when those metals had to be mined by hand they were good stores of value since it was so hard to mine. However today 1 man can mine 100x more gold a man could mine 200 years ago.

Bitcoin has all the desirable properties of gold, it is absolutely scarce, only 21 million bitcoins can ever exist. It is the most secure computer network in the world. No bank can take it off you, you can take it with you anywhere you can liquidate your bitcoin anywhere in the world at any time (try liquidating a million dollars of gold bars on a sunday afternoon).

You will be able to earn interest on your bitcoin, you cannot earn interest on gold bars sitting under your bed.

Not to mention the gold market cap is around 10 trillion + today whilst the bitcoin marketcap is 200 billion +

It is my belief that eventually bitcoin will surpass gold in market cap. Watch the video I linked below it is eye opening. You need to educate yourself right now because the asset inflation rate per year is over 20% right now.
