I think I know what Bitcoin really represents. At least in terms of myself, and the average retail investor. Is essentially like buying a call on the increasing pessimism and hopelessness of working age men. Men who are desperate to escape the wage slave rat race. So long as the systems in place place grievous burden on these men willing to grind and claw at their wagie cages, bitcoin should have an upward trajectory. The other side of the coin, is it being a fun risky plaything for the super wealthy. But who will have the greater influence?

Essentially, being long Bitcoin is being long on the feelings of hopelessness and desperation of the wagie. Is this how you invest on sentiment?
