A disgruntled HR employee can fill the company with undesirable employees on purpose out of spite and face zero repercussions for it. I have ~400k worth in stock right now. One stock that went up recently by a huge amount. I was planning to DCA out into cash. What would you do with 400k? It's not enough to retire. It's a sudden amount of money but I feel nothing.
