This is actually a perfect use case for chainlink. Ethhorse could pay chainlink node operators to provide the race results from real horse races with a minimum of 5 node providers for each race and then people could bet on real horse racing all over the world and be paid out by a probably fair Smartcontract for which ethhorse takes a minuscule cut and the entire thing is automated, trustless, and tamper-proof.
