They are essentially selling options on silver they do not own. Just the mere thought of them POSSIBLY fulfilling that option drives the silver spot prices down. The only problem is that it is all smoke and mirrors, more ounces of paper silver were "sold" TODAY than can be mined in ONE YEAR. Its a bluff, and people are calling that bluff by buying physical.

Buy physical as close to spot as you can and slowly accumulate until you have about 5% in PM.

This evil scheme only ends when we force a COMEX default. They already dumped billions of worthless paper ounces on our heads today. Have to keep buying and holding on to physical and PSLV and allocated bullion (GoldMoney/BullionVault/OneGold/Kinesis).
