But what I haven't seen anyone talk about is VACATION RENTALS. I know several people who over the past 5 years have taken out 10 (the maximum per person) mortgages for vacation rentals. Then they got each of their family members 10 mortgages.

THEN they started writing "subject to" deals where they buy the title to someones house and take over the payments, but the mortgage stays in the original person's name. Some people are out there with effectively +100 mortgages banking on rent being decoupled from the housing market.

Now throw in a global pandemic where tourism/travel is shut off for 6 months?

Nope, definitely a great project in terms of m2m transactions but that's going to be it's main application. I'm willing to bet that no one is going to use it as their go-to to build dapps, as an oracle service, or maybe even as a currency, but volkswagen & bosch are going to make it a pioneer in automated driving. It's definitely going to be one of the top cryptos but I think the greatest project in the game right now is unironically ethereum. The reason we have so many alts to trade around and research for investment opportunities is because ethereum allows them to be built on it's platform. I seriously would not be surprised if the flippening occurred eoy just because of how much further ahead they are than everyone else in the cryptosphere.
