institutional racism exists today, but against whites.

institutions which are racist:

+federal and state government. they both give hiring preferences and eligibility bonuses to minority status races. if you are white with the same qualifications as a black, the black will be hired because of institutionalized racial bias.

+private universities and schools. they selectively admit students of color based on their race despite being less qualified than competing white students

+legal system. if you are a minority, you get a free pass on almost all crime and your sentencing is extremely light. cops are also less likely to shoot you because of perception of racism and rioting. if you are white, you get no breaks and get the harshest sentences and cops are more likely to shoot you because there is no fear of mob repercussion.
