So I've been using webull for a while now and mostly like it. I find Robinhood is just generally really clunky and doesn't give you enough data. However, I realized the other day that I can't use unsettled funds to buy options like Robinhood. So I sold a position to get into another position I was bullish on and wound up getting stuck for a few days and completely missed the dip.

I'm not sure if I should switch to Robinhood, or if that's gonna become the norm for me, I should just try another broker. Do other brokers let you use unsettled funds to buy options? Like etrade or tasty trade? I'm still a total fucking newfag when it comes to making good trades so maybe I should just take the training wheels webull gives me with pleasure so I don't get fucking bogged

So I sold some crypto and don't know what to do now. Bitcoin is so fucking expensive now that I don't want to just buy BTC so I'm sitting in fiat.

What are you guys doing? Please only post in this thread if you have at least $50,000 in your portfolio. I don't wanna hear from you fucking retarded poorfags (and 50k is still poorfag territory). Is it too late to buy btc?

Also interested in this. I've been waiting for a dip to get back in since I sold my CLF position a week or so ago. Had $10 Leaps for 2022 I just got out of with a nice healthy profit.

Anybody here in Real Estate?

Long story short -- I am responsible for a bunch of properties because my dad died and I need to sell them for an estate. We had a realtor do "Comparative Market Analysis" for us and I got a bunch of valuations here. We've had a few buyers line up, since I need to sell SOME of them for quick cash, got one guy willing to give us 5k over the mortgage and arrears so that's pretty decent.

I found another guy I was gonna send the list of properties to, but I'm not 100 percent if I should set a value or let him make me the first offer. I was thinking I could just send him what the comparative market analysis we got back from the realtor as an "initial offer" especially since a few of these are gonna be a lot better, but not sure if I should set it even higher. Some are junk, some have tenants living inside of them, but looking to get rid of them ASAP. I'd ask my legal rep but since it's Christmas, I don't wanna sit on this for too long since i don't think I'd hear back from him until Monday... and I don't wanna waste time with a realtor since I know a lot of these are under water and tl;dr I don't have to fuck with them if there's no value.

Any help?
