Dude, you gotta realize that a lot of the market is going to plummet because of fundamentals. It has nothing to do but with the supply of demands. The supplies can't be met, which causes the business demanding the supply to raise their price they are willing to provide the supplier if they find it quickly.
That means that the customers of the middleman business, the retail business now that I read it again, are paying greater premiums on what they need to buy.
What is probleming the situation balances with that this 3rd level businesses, are but not always third-party, they can be first-party to retailer, but they might be their own business at a municipal level, and that means people in the neighborhood being fired.
That can affect people in many ways.

With stocks I can understand. And buying real estate is a no brainer.

Does anyone think about banks building their own blockchains. If that is happening, I would rather buy stock or mutual funds, whatever securities that bank also offers, and invest with that. Is that a risky investment?

Other coins aren't BitCoin. I don't understand BitCoin enough to understand how the other coin systems work. I don't know of low capital investments that return 5% dependably. How do people diversify their portfolios outside of BitCoin and coins?
