There wasn't really much. Every time it was talked about, some asshat came back with ship or Nkla or an etf, or KTOV(which i am still kind of confused as to what the fuck is happening there, did my DD, it should really be surging). I focused on KTOV, but also had a look at all others. The investor relations page is a valuable tool, and did eventually get around to looking into workhorse. They actually have a product. In a market where the product makes sense. Where they have no competition. Nothing at all. and they've recognized how stupid the truck idea was, even though contracting companies had put in PO's.

Either Workhorse gets it, or no one. They have no realistic comptetition, domestic or otherwise. The only asspull I can see is if one of the big three is allowed to ghetto something into an existing platform and use (((connections))) to get the contract over a dedicated, purpose built vehicle.

I feel fucking stupid for asking this, but here goes; I have lots of ideas, some better than others obviously, but most of them are simple improvements on other people's/company's ideas. I would love to pitch these ideas to them for the sake of making huge gobs of money, but even though I have confidence in my ideas, I'm not naive enough to think that I can just walk up to a corporate building, march into the CEO's office, throw the idea scribbled on a napkin at him, and receive huge bags of cash for the rest of my life.

I doubt anyone here has much experience with pitching ideas to companies, but on the off-chance I'm wrong, is there any way to do it without having to spend 800-1,000$ on a patent so you don't get fucked over, on the off-chance they do like your idea enough to use it? And (I doubt anyone could help with this either but) does anyone have any advice for getting the right person's attention in the first place? I'm going to guess it's really all just about networking, and that you have to have your name out there already somehow in order to be taken seriously...

Correct me if I'm wrong, and any advice anyone has is appreciated. Thanks /biz/.
