it just feels wrong. One coin has been flipped and we see that it is heads. Therefore, the only possibilities are HT and HH.

If you said "one of the coins is GOING to land on heads because this is a universe where, whenever two coins are flipped it's impossible for them both to land tails up" then that would be different

But this is an event that has occured. One of the coins is heads up.
