If you know your fundamentals you can easily get well payed work as an illustrator and as some have pointed out you can do porn which is a low status but excellent pay job. Both of these require zero interaction with people so you have no excuse even as a sperg.
Even if you have absolutely no skills other than some basic anatomy you can make a living since you can avoid taxes easily if necessary.

Somewhere around 10-15% would be my guess but since their qualifications don't meet European standards/regulations it's effectively a zero. A "doctor" from Somalia can't practice in Germany (as he shouldn't) and has to go through years and years of retraining and qualification.
Prior qualifications are pretty much irrelevant so the state simply gives the ~20% most adjustable individuals apprenticeship type jobs such as bakers, mechanics, in retirement homes etc and puts the remaining ~80% on gibs.
Of course all the housing, accommodation and education has to be payed for so even working individuals are usually a net loss. The first generation is lost and the 2nd generation could only be integrated if the families were spread thinly over the country in a literal geographical sense so they'd have no choice but adapting to the local communities but of course such an idea will be dismissed as racist. The current tendency is the early stages of inner city arab ghettos and white flight to the peripheries, strikingly similar to what happened in the US with African Americans a couple of decades ago.
