The big difference with overledger is that projects don't need to change code, and can deploy there ledger on every other chain without a middleman. So IMO this is superior tech to Aion, Wan, ICX, Cosmos, Polkadot, etc. Also Overledger makes it able to connect the internet of today, IoT devices and applications with blockchain via the overledger. Overledger ain't a blockchain, it is a layer above the blockchain like the OSI model. The token is pure utility to pay for Mapps, use of overledger, Quant Health, GoVerify. Big differences, people that understand Tech will see the value when they research.
