I only speak from experience. The first time around I held from $60 all the way through $483 and back to $100 because I felt like that was my one shot to make it. Could've just cashed out and bought like 0.7 BTC at the time but I couldn't see the big picture beyond all the mania. Hope it works out for you anon.

You are way fucking overleveraged if a routine Sunday dip is impacting you this hard. Wait until prices bump up again tomorrow then liquidate some of your assets. Your risk tolerance is clearly much lower than you thought, and that's okay. If you continue like this you will either panic sell at the wrong time or hold through an actual market crash because your brain would short circuit if you decided to cut your losses and lose 50% of your portfolio.
