US is good, probably pretty insulated from Brexit chaos and Sweden rate hikes. As long as central banks across the globe are loose on monetary policy, the bull run will continue in all three stocks, bonds, and gold.

Black swan event are always possible. I would like to know what’s going on with the chinese debt defaults right now. Their financial system is unfortunately not isolated from ours, and if Trump pushes China too hard and their system has a major hiccup, our system might get some shocks. Then employment drops -> market crashes -> economy grinds to a halt -> trump loses. I see that as extremely unlikely, but I’m a believer that the simple things matter in these elections. The tallest candidate wins, and presidents always get re-elected if the stock market is roaring.
