I'm more genetically predisposed to depression and anxiety so I suck at this and not really in a position to give advice (from the point of success). Try setting a really healthy morning routine if you have time to before work or at least on your days off. Customize this routine for yourself to start the day off right, but I recommend stuff like exercise, meditation, getting a journal that includes questions/prompts to orient your thinking on the positive and what you are grateful for, or reading short passages from a book on stoicism.
