I lost 400k and felt nothing.

I have been through /b/, /fit/, ,/pol/, /a/, /jp/ /vr/, /lit/ and learned all those boards had to teach me and am now here. I hit 7 figures last week I don't know why I am still here. This site is incredible for reaching a low level of competence in any field but I'm 27 now and have enough hobbies. I will be finished with /biz/ after the next bull cycle and unless a new board sucks me in I will be finished here.

Anyone simply hold BTC and not dabble in alts? I feel like I'm leaving tons of money on the table by not gambling even a little but the stress makes it hard to function throughout the day. Ive been holding for 4 years now and never really had a strong appetite for risk. Can I get a (You) so I know that I'm not alone in this struggle?

ps: I'm open to alts to hold long tho
