I don't dispute that however I would like to put forth three points which can be disputed or not.

1. GME is a dying company. I think it's hard to disagree with this even if betting on some miracle restructure. Retail is a dinosaur currently, and GME adequately reflects that of the few people (generally oldgen console/handheld enthusiasts) who have set foot in a gamestop in the last 3 years anyone will tell you it is a sorry affair when compared to 15 years ago.
2. shorts lost the bet that GME would go bankrupt before the next console launch and this is the fallout from that.
3. people for some reason seem to think all shorts are static and locked in at $5-10 when they've likely been covering/reshorting as the price goes up.

This coupled with ATH greed and euphoria seems to be a clear sell signal. maybe it goes up to $100 like people are saying but at some point it is going to come plummeting down to reality like a rock.
