Incompetent dev team with TWO, count them, TWO programmers on a 9 person team. Not only that, but women are included on the dev team. They raised 90 million dollars and they spend it flying all around the world getting nothing done. 90 million dollars for two programmers and seven other people that do what exactly? No one knows, but considering they're French, the answer is likely that they do nothing.

They had a partnership with a specific organization (Wikimedia France) and told everyone they had a partnership with a totally different organization (Wikipedia as a whole).
