Hi everyone. I have recently gotten through to the final step in an interview process, through a personal connection to a senior in a company, where I was told that I will hear back from them by a specific date. I told them I would contact them if they didn't inform me, and they encouraged me to do so. The date passed without any update. I recontacted person 1- not the hiring manager- and tried to contact person 2- the hiring manager- multiple times. Person 1 has responded telling me that the date would be pushed by 5 days. After those days, I attempt to recontact them both. Person 2 has not responded to any calls, messages, mails or anything despite accepting me on LinkedIn in the meantime. Person 1 once again responded, telling me that the decision process is still going on. I shall mention that person 2, has from the beginning been hard to communicate with yet things progressed after me pushing over it. Totally fine to talk to though, just really hard to book for talking. The questions are;

what do I do from here onwards? Do I contact them to tell them that I am no longer interested due to this behaviour? Do I leave it completely consider it a lost cause? Do I wait it out and when and if they contact me, make a statement on how this lack of communication is a dealbreaker for me? Do I pretend that this is ok, take it like a man, and try my best to move forward?

So far my approach has been to leave it out completely, especially since I went through a week of severe stress induced symptoms- dizziness and nausea- since this is a very rare chance for me to be that close to closing on a job. At the same time, not wanting to be naive about it, I also think that its a bit of a "he's just not into you" situation, albeit for a job.

I am rather desperate for unbiased comments on this rather annoying situation.

What percentage of you are just babbling buzzwords with no actual understanding of what is going on?

After seeing the SBF interviews I'm convinced most people in the crypto sector are just faking till they make it. No one actually knows what the fuck they're doing.

Sup /biz/, I've been mulling over this idea for a scam that I had a while back but I need some feedback. Currently I live in burgerland, but my home country has a policy of not extraditing its own citizens under any circumstances. Basically Im just going to take out as many loans out as possible, use them to buy bitcoin, fly back home and cash out over there. After im home, im probably just gonna buy some real estate or some shit and ride off into the sunset while telling debt collectors and the irs to go fuck themselves. Anyone see any flaws with this plan? Because I honestly cant see how it go wrong. I appreciate the feedback bros.
