You should be looking at the EGG to BNB ratio rather than just the price. But it's been increasing too so you are still right to consider just holding onto EGG and staking it on the farm until after layered farming is here. If the value increases a lot, staking EGG on goose was the right move.

We all know how shitty almost all goose forks and clones are. This project however, is a unique yieldfarm with an open source contract made from scratch. It does not have super high APYs like new farms but it has APYs that don't change, a minimum APY. It's a safer alternative to many yieldfarms. Right now it's way undervalued and with the current dip, it could be good to allocate a bit on it. The dev is also locking more and more liquidity.
