The 4th highest holder is a bot that's skimming the top every time it hits high 80s to low 90s. Check it out for yourself it's uncanny. You can even check it out on etherscan and see all the transactions they've made. ALSO this person is building liquidity FAST. The second highest holder is somebody under VB with $1million. They've had the coins for over 180 days, so obviously they've known about this project for a long time. If I took a guess the bot is making profits skimming off the top and once the liquidity reaches around 800-900k the other account will sell everything and crash the market.
