I do DCA and yet I'm feeling both anxiety and FOMO

Am I putting in too little money into BTC?
Am I keeping too much cash in my bank account and should I invest into bonds or something?
Will everything collapse and if so should I wait for a better buy opportunity later on?

I feel like I'm going to miss out on a major opportunity either way and these big price pumps don't help me at all because I could've accumulated much more at lower prices
I also missed the 16k bottom like a retard even though I had the money available to spend at the time, which could've prevented all these feelings to begin with

I can't live like this anymore, it's on my mind 24/7, how do I deal with myself when even DCA doesn't help?
